Andy Dick, 60, checks out of rehab less than two months after his Hollywood overdose

Andy Dick is officially out of rehab six weeks after reluctantly checking himself into Harlow Gardens residential treatment center in Palm Springs, CA on December 12.

The 60-year-old comedian - who overdosed in public on December 9 - received a 'full-ride scholarship' to the facility thanks to connections through his sober friend of 20 years, Jennifer Gimenez, and her husband Tim Ryan.

Dick - who's been to rehab over 20 times and arrested 10 times - is now staying at a sober living facility near Beverly Hills, according to TMZ.

On Saturday, the T Bird actor reunited with his IRL streaming buddy Alexander Bailey aka 'Billy John Oh' who 'proudly' revealed he and their friend Keats Burnett are 'sober bros!'

Dick was all smiles as he hung out with his guy pals outside a Whole Foods grocery store, including Australian IRL streamer Tazo.

TMZ reported that the Second City alum is 'taking things one day at a time' and 'staying focused on sobriety.'

It's been nearly seven weeks since Bailey filmed Dick slumped over on a curb in Hollywood in broad daylight while unresponsive after smoking what he said was crack cocaine.

'I wanted a record of what was going on because that doesn't usually happen,' Bailey defended to TMZ the next day.

The South Carolina-born funnyman took the drug with a male stranger 'my age' who was 'smoking something on tin foil.'

'I'm like, you know what? I might need a little bit of that,' Dick told the outlet.

'I wanted to see what he was doing. And also, I don't mind doing a little crack every now and then.'

The Asteroid Vixens actor was revived with multiple doses of Narcan nasal spray, which indicated he might have actually been taking some sort of opiate.

Paramedics and LAPD responded to the scene, but Dick - who used to 'drink more than a fifth of vodka a day' - was not arrested nor hospitalized.

Hopefully, the troubled grandfather-of-two can remain clean and sober until May when his daughter Meg Dick is scheduled to welcome her first child, a daughter, with boyfriend Branden Donovan.

Dick welcomed three children - Lucas Astrom, 37; Jacob Dick, 31; and Meg Dick, 28 - during his four-year marriage to Ivone Kowalczyk, which ended in 1990.

The registered sex offender also reportedly has a stepson and stepdaughter with ex-girlfriend Lena Sved.
