Billie Eilish Concert Film ‘Hit Me Hard And Soft: The Tour (Live in 3D)’ Shifts To May Release

The 3D concert film Hit Me Hard And Soft, which captures the Billie Eilish’s most recent tour for her third studio album, will now debut in theaters May 8.

Co-directed by Eilish and Avatar helmer James Cameron, the Paramount movie was originally set to launch March 20 alongside Amazon MGM’s Project Hail Mary.

Cameron posted shots of himself and Eilish in edit, fine-tuning the film, promising that the delay will be “worth the wait.”

We’re refining the cut, dialing in exciting new 3D tech, and adding special behind-the-scenes elements we know you’ll love,” he wrote.
