Blake Lively's driver Kevin Alexander claimed that Justin Baldoni confessed to previously 'forcing himself on women' as he gave the actor a ride during the production of It Ends With Us in a deposition filed in court.
Baldoni is being sued by Lively for $160 million over allegations of sexual harassment on-set of the 2024 film and for orchestrating an alleged 'smear campaign' against her - all of which Baldoni has denied.
Alexander was among those subpoenaed in the case and his September 2025 deposition was unsealed as a court exhibit on January 20, along with dozens of other explosive court documents.
In the deposition obtained by The Daily Mail, Alexander recalled picking up Baldoni, Lively and her assistant Sophia Travaglia from the Gossip Girl's star's apartment in New York to take them to a production office in New Jersey, where It Ends With Us was filmed, in the spring of 2023.
He said the ride lasted '20 to 25 minutes' and that he allegedly overheard a 'disturbing' conversation with Baldoni in the car.
He claimed that the actor openly discussed 'his sexual relations with women,' with Lively and Travaglia present.

Alexander also claimed in the deposition that Baldoni revealed that he had 'forced himself on women' in the past and that Baldoni himself had also been 'forced on' sexually by women.
Alexander remarked in the deposition that he was unable to 'forget' the alleged exchange with Baldoni because it made him so 'uncomfortable' that 'it took [his] focus off driving.'
'To me, it was very out of the ordinary to meet somebody and talk like that in a vehicle. That's why it caught my attention,' Alexander said.
He continued: 'Basically he kept talking about his sexual relations, and, again, I'm repeating myself I believe, but, you know, he would force himself on women.
'If they said no, this, that, he would revert back. It was just disturbing,' Alexander claimed in the deposition.
When he finally arrived at the New Jersey-based production office, Alexander said he approached Lively to voice his concerns about Baldoni, even going as far as to suggest that a 'background check' be done on the actor/director.
'When we got to the production office, which was down the road from that area, I pulled over, let everybody out,' he recalled.
'I stated to Blake, 'I feel very uncomfortable. Something is not right here. I would like to do a background check on him or something,' and later to learn that he was the producer in production of this movie.''
When asked if he remembered 'anything else' about his alleged conversation with Baldoni, Alexander claimed in the deposition that Baldoni said 'more stuff' but that he did not 'pay attention to it because [he] was focused on driving.'

Alexander insisted that the 'key points' were Baldoni's alleged remarks about his sexual past with women.
'It is disturbing to me. You can't forget something like that.'
Sigrid McCawley, a member of Lively’s legal team told the Daily Mail in a statement: 'As stated, the newly unsealed evidence contains never-before seen testimony, messages, and evidence from numerous eyewitnesses backing the claims in Ms. Lively’s lawsuit.'
The Daily Mail has reached out to representatives for Baldoni for comment but has yet to hear back.
Baldoni has been embroiled in an intense legal battle with Lively for over a year now.
In December 2024, the Gossip Girl star named Baldoni in a lawsuit accusing him of sexual harassment, retaliatory conduct and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
In her filing, Lively alleged that Baldoni sexually harassed her in multiple ways, including body shaming, and orchestrated a smear campaign designed to damage her reputation.
She also named several of Baldoni's collaborators in the suit, including his company Wayfarer Studios, its CEO and financial backer, as well as PR personnel.
Baldoni and the other defendants have denied the allegations.
He initially sought $250 million in damages from The New York Times over a report detailing Lively's claims.
That suit named Lively, her husband Ryan Reynolds and her publicist Leslie Sloane. The case was thrown out of court this past June. All parties have denied all allegations against them.
Over the last week, countless documents pertaining to the contentious year-long legal battle were revealed to the public for the first time.
Among the newly-unsealed docs was an alleged text exchange between Lively and her It Ends With Us co-star Brandon Sklenar, where they appeared to torch the film's director Baldoni.

In the messages, Lively and Sklenar, who played lovers in the 2024 film, initially chat about television work before the conversation shifts to their experiences during production.
Lively alleges Baldoni entered an editing bay to view her cut of the film 'without authorization', after she had already completed her own edit.
In the exchange obtained by the Daily Mail, Lively writes, 'He's bats***,' while Sklenar comments that Baldoni is 'definitely scrambling' and 'totally f***ing himself for any future work'.
Lively then responds, 'Oh you don't know the first of it', before unleashing further claims against Baldoni.
According to the unsealed exchange, she texted: 'Yeah the crazy thing is I would've continued to let him take credit for everything . He would've been handed a career. He would've been f***ing on his next job, but he at least would have been a big sucesss [sic].
'And he'll still hit. But the word is out. And I've been protecting it from getting out bc all I want to do is focus on the work and not be pulled into the f***ing mess they make.
'But they wreck [sic] havoc everywhere they go. And everyone sees it. Then they come to me.'
Lively then recalls a moment on set when Baldoni allegedly leaned in and told Sklenar he had something to say but stopped himself, warning he would 'probably get canceled' and remarking that 'you can't say anything on this set anymore'.

Sklenar replies that he vaguely remembers the exchange, though he says he does not recall whether Baldoni ever explained what he meant.
Lively then claims Baldoni frequently attempted to pull others into what she characterizes as his 'messiness', framing the comment as her personal impression of his conduct.
Later in the conversation, Sklenar says he is baffled by what he views as Baldoni's lack of foresight, particularly in light of his public persona shaped by TED-style talks, podcasts and books.
Lively responds that the contrast 'makes perfect sense' to her, alleging Baldoni was 'running from something gnarly' while presenting a more polished image publicly.
Sklenar appears to agree, replying, 'It does make perfect sense.'
The Daily Mail has not received a response to its request for comment from reps for Baldoni, Lively and Sklenar.
