Denise Richards is requesting a Los Angeles judge deny a request made by her estranged husband Aaron Phypers to pocket half of her OnlyFans income.
The Wild Things star, 54, said that Phypers, 53, has failed to meet deadlines in their ongoing divorce involving such requests, according to court docs reviewed by Daily Mail.
Richards said that Phypers was supposed to file an income and expense declaration with updated figures on Friday, but failed to do so.
Due to this breach, Phypers should be disqualified from garnering half of her income on the pay site, said the actress.
Richards said Phypers - who said in a previous court claim that he believes Richards is making $200,000-$300,000 on a monthly basis via Only Fans – still has yet to file anything as of Tuesday.
Daily Mail has reached out to reps for Richards for further comment on this story.

No ruling has yet been made on request from Richards - who with Phypers, was evicted in December from the Calabasas, California mansion they shared for nonpayment.
A hearing in the spousal support case is slated for February 26.
Richards is mom to three daughters - Sami, 21, Lola, 20, with Sheen; and Eloise, 14, who she adopted prior to her wedding to Phypers.
Richards appeared as a guest host on Tori Spelling's Misspelling podcast earlier this month, where she was critical of her estranged spouse and his family after they started a GoFundMe amid piling expenses.
Richards said a line was crossed with references in the fundraising drive to her daughter Eloise.
'Say whatever you want about me, which they have - I’ll deal with that after the divorce,' Richards said. 'But when you cross a line and bring my youngest daughter into trying to get money from strangers, it’s outrageous - that is wrong.'
Richards said she was 'not surprised' to see the strategic direction Phypers headed in mentioning her youngest child.
'To go to this level, to bring my daughter into it - it’s more a personal thing,' Richards said. 'It is shocking, but whatever.'

Phypers filed for divorce from the World Is Not Enough actress on July 7, 2025, saying that they had separated three days earlier. He told the court that 'irreconcilable differences' were at the heart of their split.
In the months since, both parties have publicly traded jarring accusations about the other.
Richards said in a court filing that her estranged spouse 'repeatedly abused' her during time together; Phypers has denied the allegations.
Phypers accused Richards of committing marital infidelity, as well as physically assaulting him and destroying his phone.
In a note Phypers penned to family and friends (later published by Page Six), Phypers called for an intervention on the actress and said that she had substance abuse issues involving prescription medication.
'Some of you know this has been an issue for over 20 years,' Phypers said. 'She's no longer eating real meals, and I’ve witnessed her pass out from substances — putting herself and others in danger, including while driving with our daughter [Eloise, 14].'
A lawyer for Richards, Brett Berman, denied the accusations, telling People that 'Phypers has continued to harass Ms. Richards since being served with the Temporary Restraining Order by, among other things, disseminating private information from Ms. Richards’ cell phone and laptop, which he stole.'
