Emma Stone made Oscars history on Thursday after being honored with two nominations for her roles producing and starring in Bugonia.

At 37, the Superbad alum is now the youngest woman to receive seven total nominations, but she's only the second-youngest person to score seven after the late Walt Disney - according to THR.

Stone has now dethroned Meryl Streep who was 38 when she earned her seventh Oscar nomination for Ironweed in 1988.

The 76-year-old acting legend has amassed 21 total nominations and won three times - best supporting actress for Kramer vs. Kramer in 1980 as well as best actress for Sophie's Choice in 1983 and The Iron Lady in 2012.

The Eddington star previously won best actress for La La Land in 2017 and Poor Things in 2024.

Stone followed in the footsteps of Sigourney Weaver, Demi Moore and Natalie Portman by having her head shaved on camera as her ruthless big pharma CEO character Michelle Fuller (and maybe alien) in Yorgos Lanthimos' black comedy.

'A lot of these stories require a fair amount emotionally but also physically,' the Arizona-born beauty told the LA Times on January 5.

'All three [characters] are extremely isolated in different ways, whether it's Michelle's big house and being alone as CEO of this company, or the very different socioeconomic background of Teddy and Don and how their isolation can breed more extreme viewpoints, and vice versa.'

When the 98th Academy Awards air March 15 on ABC/Hulu, Stone faces heavy competition against frontrunner Jessie Buckley from Hamnet as well as Renate Reinsve, Rose Byrne and Kate Hudson.

In addition, Bugonia's Will Tracy is nominated for best adapted screenplay and Jerskin Fendrix is nominated for best original score.

But first, the Louis Vuitton brand ambassador will compete for the outstanding performance by a female actor in a leading role trophy at the newly renamed 32nd Actor Awards, which air March 1 on Netflix.

On March 13, Stone and her husband of five years - Saturday Night Live writer Dave McCary - will celebrate their daughter Louise Jean's fifth birthday.

The inseparable couple co-founded their production company Fruit Tree in 2020 and up next is the Miss Piggy movie with Jennifer Lawrence as well as Jesse Eisenberg's untitled musical comedy.

Streep next reprises her role as Runway Magazine editor-in-chief Miranda Priestly in David Frankel's sequel The Devil Wears Prada 2, which hits US/UK theaters May 1.

The 20th Century Studios flick also features Anne Hathaway, Emily Blunt, Stanley Tucci, Kenneth Branagh, Justin Theroux, Lucy Liu, Sydney Sweeney and Lady Gaga.

The SNL50 funnywoman will also voice the Insect Queen in Daniel Chong's animated body-swap comedy Hoppers - hitting US/UK theaters March 6 - alongside Jon Hamm, Dave Franco, Ego Nwodim and Heidi Klum.

Fans can expect Streep to reprise her role as actress Loretta Durkin opposite her onscreen directing husband Martin Short in the London-set, 10-episode sixth season of Hulu's Only Murders in the Building.

And last November, the three-time Emmy winner signed on to star as luxury real estate reporter Diane Castle in Joseph Cedar's New York-set oligarch thriller Useful Idiots alongside Sigourney Weaver.
