Ruby Rose left Hollywood to return Down Under in 2023 after her controversial exit from the Batwoman TV series three years earlier.
And in her 13 years in the US, the Melbourne-born 39-year-old actress showed some A-list skill in playing the real estate game.
At the peak of her success, The Orange is the New Black star spent US$2.1milllion (AU$3m) in 2017 on a luxury pad in the ritzy Los Angeles suburb of Sherman Oaks.
The stylish 1948-built home featured an open-plan lounge, huge fireplace, and exposed beam ceilings.
She later posted images of the character-filled abode on her Instagram, showing off a secluded backyard with a swimming pool.
The Melbourne-born actress sold it in 2021, for $US2.1million - and made a US$300,000 profit.

Ruby's next purchase was a significant upgrade - a four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home in the sought-after Valley Village of the San Fernando Valley.
The dark-haired beauty paid $US2.6 million ($AU3.7 million) for the sprawling abode, which features a pool, oak floors, with décor blending vintage and modern styles.
Before returning to Australia, Ruby shared with her fans images of a country home she had been using as a getaway for some time.
In 2020, it was reported she had spent two Christmases with family in a remote cabin nestled on the edge of bushland by the coast.
It features black wood, glass walls and a huge futuristic-inspired triangle window with metal beams at the front of the property, leading to views of the water.
Ruby previously told a fan the property is in 'a secret magical place in Victoria'.
It remains unclear if Ruby owns the unique-looking spread, or if it belongs to her family or whether she has it on a long-term lease.
In 2023, it was reported that Ruby was set on re-settling Down Under - but since then, the actress appears to divide her time between Australia and the US.

At the time, Ruby said she's planning to spend more time Down Under and admitted living in the states is 'draining' and toxic, due to the attitude towards the LGBTQI+ community.
'I don't know that I have the emotional bandwidth and energy to withstand another year of living in the States with that anger and that oppression and what they're doing to the gay community and the trans community – it has become so exhausting,' she told Stellar magazine.
Ruby came out as a lesbian to her mother before she entered her teenage years, before recognising her sexual identity as being gender-fluid.
