Millie Mackintosh flaunted her incredible figure in a skimpy green bikini as she shared a glimpse inside her luxury wellness retreat in India on Friday.

The former reality star, 36, is currently staying at the Six Senses Vana resort, where a five-night package costs around £1,895 per person, while 14-night retreats range between £11,000 and £14,000 depending on the season and room occupancy.

The exclusive resort offers personalised wellness programmes, meals and daily treatments, and Millie took to Instagram to give fans an inside look at her relaxing stay.

In one sizzling bikini-clad snap, Millie revealed one thing that surprised her about the retreat, writing: 'I didn't expect it to break me open I came here for a reset. I didn't realise how much I needed to feel.'

Another photo showed the star floating serenely in the water as she took part in water therapy while wearing the same green two-piece.

She captioned the snap: 'The rituals are deeply grounding. Warm oils, Water therapy, being held literally and emotionally.'

Elsewhere, Millie shared a snap of a Hyperice Normatec leg compression device designed to enhance recovery and boost performance through massage.

The TV personality appeared in great spirits in another stunning shot as she relaxed in a white robe, sporting silver eye patches while sipping tea.

During the retreat, she also showcased her toned physique in a black workout set while posing on a gym mat.

Detailing another thing that has surprised her during the Ayurvedic retreat, Millie told followers she has been moving her body more, listening to it, and feeling 'more present' than she has in a long time.

She also shared snaps of herself undergoing acupuncture, practising meditation, and posing for an outdoor selfie.

Alongside the images, Millie wrote: 'I came to @sixsensesvana expecting a calming week, but what surprised me most was how deeply it stripped everything back, not just rest, but regulation; not just treatments, but ritual.

'Ayurveda doesn’t follow wellness trends. Quiet and grounding it’s the kind of place that invites you inward, without pressure to perform or even to socialise.

'Somewhere in all that stillness, I met some truly incredible people with inspiring stories. It’s been so much more than just a reset. What else would you like to see from my trip?'

It comes after Millie recalled ‘wanting to drink to blackout’ as she opened up on her ‘addictive tendency’ and the moment she decided to give up alcohol

The former Made In Chelsea star quit booze in the summer of 2022 after recognising her very unhealthy urge to drink alcohol.

Speaking to Claire Sanderson and Gemma Atkinson for Women's Health UK, Millie insisted she had to 'completely abstain' from booze because she couldn't handle having just one drink.

Asked if she would describe herself as an alcoholic, she replied: 'I think it depends what your definition is.

'I wasn't a drinker who depended on drinking alcohol every day of the week but whenever I drank I wanted to drink to black out and drink, and drink, and drink.

'I recognise that urge is very unhealthy for me and it is better for me to completely abstain than to have the option of having one.'

Millie admitted she has 'an alcohol use disorder' and discussed the grey areas of drinking, as not everyone would be classed as an alcoholic.

She continued: 'I recognise I have that addictive tendency. I would say I had an alcohol use disorder.

'But there is a grey area of drinkers which don't fall into the category of an alcoholic, but they regularly drink more than they want to.'

The TV personality went on to recall the moment she realised she had to become sober and give up booze completely.

She added: 'I had a particularly bad panic attack when I was hungover and that was the final moment when I said, "Ok, I'm never drinking again".

'And it's now been three and a half years.'
