Lisa Snowdon showed off her curves as she relaxed on the beach during her current stay on Silhouette Island in the Seychelles.
Taking to Instagram on Friday, the TV and radio presenter, 53, accentuated her cleavage in a plunging purple bikini while enjoying a morning espresso.
Accessorising with a simple silver bracelet, Lisa appeared to be in high spirits as she prepared for another day of rest and relaxation.
In another picture, the presenter bares her abs in a strapless green bikini while going make-up free for a coastal stroll along the gorgeous white sand beach.
Lisa looked to be having the time of her life on holiday as she posted a number of clips from the trip which showed off the picturesque island she is staying on.
It comes after she shared an empowering message about body confidence and quoted Oscar Wilde's popular quote: 'Be yourself, everyone else is taken'.

She wrote: 'Be yourself, everyone else is taken. This quote from Oscar Wilde, (I’m sure many of you know) but reading it again the other day, it truly resonated with me and I wanted to share why.
'There is a lot of power in this simple but profound sentence. To be your authentic unapologetic self, no matter what.
'To continue in your lane, working on yourself, reaching your full potential, learning from the lessons each day.
'There really is only one you, you are totally unique. Don’t try to conform, or be someone you’re not. Be true to you, stay free. Connect with the people that make your soul sing.
Lisa also opened up about her decision to post swimwear photos online, clarifying that it's not for validation, but to inspire confidence in other women of all ages.
She added: 'I post these photos and reels in my swimwear, not to get validation from men, likes or comments either.
'I post to encourage self love, self confidence, to encourage other women my age, younger or older to learn to love who they are, to practice self care and reach a sense of appreciation.
The former model spoke candidly about her experience with menopause, admitting it had drained her of confidence, joy, and sleep, but shared how she's come out the other side feeling empowered.

She continued: 'Coming out the other side of menopause and all the years it drained me of my confidence, my sleep, my joy, of who I was.
'As I wrote in my book I want everyone to know that there is a lovely light, and energy that comes in this new phase of your life, as you embrace your second spring and enter a new relationship with yourself. I promise you will feel it to.
'Some people might think I’m being narcissistic and/or vain but that’s not my truth, it’s not meant to offend only empower- it’s where my work life started as a model, and I’m proud that as I approach 54 I feel strong and body confident enough to continue to do so.
She also shared a few photography tips, revealing that her years in fashion helped her master the art of angles and lighting.
She added: 'I do however have some top tips, for taking photos- find your light, or shade as this case may be, bright sunshine casts not the most flattering shapes on the body, especially I’ve noticed as I’ve gotten older.
'This is shot later in the day; under a little bit of cover, way more complimentary- from working in the fashion industry for so many years and on shoots in all kinds of locations, I’m a sucker for good angles and good light.'
