The Duffer Brothers aren't slowing down, and after the divisive series finale to their decade-long series Stranger Things, Matt and Ross Duffer are returning to Netflix with another horror series.
Matt and Ross Duffer have just concluded Netflix's global phenomenon that is Stranger Things. There were a lot of opinions about the series finale, and not all were positive, but the series as a whole dominated streaming and broke records while generating over $1 billion in revenue for the U.S. The sci-fi series certainly had elements of horror, which could signal good things for their latest venture with the streaming giant.
Entertainment Weekly revealed chilling first-look images for Matt and Ross Duffer's upcoming horror series titled Something Very Bad Is Going to Happen. This marks the first non-related Stranger Things project in collaboration with Netflix before their four-year deal with Paramount comes into play around April 2026.
