As seen in the responses to the original Reddit post, user ToastBalancer calls it the “perfect PS Plus game.” They mention that if it weren’t part of the subscription service, they would likely not know or care about the game, much less purchase it. The game inspired The Exit 8 movie, which was not so well-received by critics as the game itself, but it shows how positively the game is seen.
