Reese Witherspoon's mini-me daughter Ava stuns in a low-cut black dress as her acting career heats up

Ava Phillippe stood out in the crowd at the star-studded premiere of Wuthering Heights in Los Angeles on Wednesday night.

Reese Witherspoon’s lookalike daughter looked classy in a tea-length black polka dot dress with lace details around the sweetheart neckline and thigh-high slit, completed with black pumps.

The 26-year-old actress wore her blonde hair in a style that would have suited her mom as well, softly curled and just barely grazing her shoulders.

Phillippe, whose dad is actor Ryan Phillippe, held her own among the likes of Margot Robbie and Jacob Elordi, who play the star-crossed lovers Cathy and Heathcliff in the movie, plus Cara Delevingne, Scout Willis and Charli XCX, who created the album for the film written and directed by Emerald Fennell.

The budding star - who has been a fixture on the Hollywood red carpet in recent months - had a cameo in the Netflix series Ransom Canyon, playing Amalah in a flashback ‘90s prom scene, where she remarkably resembled her A-lister mom with her perfect updo and purple dress.

'Had a little moment on Ransom Canyon, out now on Netflix,' the young actress shared last April on her Instagram Stories across stills from her appearance.

'Best. Prom. Ever,' she announced in another post, while a third image showed her with a typical ‘90s-style updo, across which she wrote, 'Gotta love a butterfly clip updo,' adding some purple butterfly stickers.

Phillippe’s career has gotten off to a great start, and next she will be seen in the starring role in Laura Dean Keeps Breaking Up with Me, based on the young adult graphic novel by Mariko Tamaki and illustrator Rosemary Valero-O’Connell.

She’s been following her mom’s footsteps into show business since last year, when she made her acting debut on the show Doctor Odyssey.

Phillippe has also modeled for brands like Beyonce’s Ivy Park, Pat McGrath Labs and her mom’s own Draper James, and she serves as global ambassador for Vince Camuto.

Meanwhile, Witherspoon recently credited her illustrious career to 'anxiety.'

'I was probably successful because I had so much anxiety,' the star, who turns 50 on March 22, told Harper’s Bazaar in the December/January issue. 'They go hand in hand.

'I had pressured myself to extreme levels to show up at work in a perfect way. We all now know - perfect is not attainable. It’s not sustainable. I stressed myself out in service of my job, and it got me really, really far. I’m rewarded for my anxiety and perfectionism.

'But I’m getting older, and am starting to relax into the idea that I’m enough. I mean, I’ve had an abundance of good fortune, great work opportunities and worked with some of the greatest people on Earth…'

Besides Ava, The Morning Show star also shares son Deacon, 21, with her 51-year-old ex-husband, actor Ryan Phillippe, and has a 12-year-old son called Tennessee, 12, with her 55-year-old former spouse Jim Toth.

Witherspoon admits that she likes to have direct and open dialogues with her children.

She said: ‘My mom never talked about mental health in a way that made it feel untouchable, unspeakable or taboo; she was almost clinical about it. When I was a teenager, she would proactively ask whether I was sexually active, about birth control. I don’t beat around the bush.

‘If something is on my mind or I’m concerned, I’m always going to be that person who pushes the edges and asks the hard questions [of my children].’
