‘Shoresy’ Season 5 Sets February Release Date on Hulu; Season 6 Slated for 2027

Hulu has revealed that the fifth season of the hockey comedy series “Shoresy” will debut on Feb. 21. The series has also been renewed for a sixth season, which will air in 2027.

According to the logline, the new season follows Shoresy and the Bulldogs as they “fight to protect the North American Game.”

Series creator Jared Keeso returns in the titular role of Shoresy. Other returning cast members include Tasya Teles, Blair Lamora, Keilani Rose, Jonathan-Ismael Diaby, Terry Ryan, Ryan McDonell, Andrew Antsanen, Jon Mirasty, Brandon Nolan, Jordan Nolan, Bourke Cazabon, Keegan Long, Maclean Fish and Camille Sullivan.

“Shoresy” is an original title from the Canadian streamer Crave, which is also home to the small town comedy series “Letterkenny” and the recent breakout romance drama “Heated Rivalry.” Jacob Tierney, who created “Heated Rivalry” for television, served as a director on “Shoresy” for 12 episodes across the first two seasons. Tierney also directed, wrote and starred in “Letterkenny” across all 12 seasons.

Keeso is executive producer and writer, as well as star and creator. Dan and Sean Skene are series directors. Mark Montefiore and Kara Haflidson serve as executive producers under the New Metric Media banner. The series is distributed by New Metric Media.
