That's right: it's all over for Matt and girlfriend Sharz Shabani Pour, 41, with the ever-so-discreet pair calling time on their relationship just a year after going public.

It's a definitive close to a relationship that long intrigued the eastern suburbs in-crowd - not least because Sharz, the founder of hospitality PR firm Refine Marketing, was conspicuously absent from Matt's curated Instagram grid.
Being relegated to his Stories and Highlights became something of an in-joke among the Bondi gossips.
'She's beautiful, successful and glamorous,' one source said. 'People just assumed something was up.'
While Matt's feed was dominated by red carpets, studio selfies and sleek cars, Sharz was more forthcoming, often sharing pictures of them together, including from her 41st birthday party and a luxury Crown Sydney staycation Matt had organised.
At the time, friends shrugged it off as simply a difference in approach to social media. Now, it leaves the impression Matt's priorities may have been elsewhere.
The former couple was last photographed together in November, arm-in-arm at Derby Day inside The Birdcage at Flemington Racecourse.
Sharz joins a list of Matt's high-profile exes, including Real Housewives of Melbourne star Simone Elliott, 44, and socialite Maria Sprem, 50 - a dating résumé that earned him a reputation as a cougar-chasing ladies' man.
Despite being only 37, Matt is already an 18-year television veteran and one of the youngest presenters to ever host Sports Tonight.

Matthieu Frasse-Perange, a 38-year-old south-of-France export now living it up in Bondi, is facing charges over an alleged commercial-scale cocaine supply.
He appeared at Waverley Local Court earlier this month to answer two drug supply charges along with an allegation of dealing with proceeds of crime under $5,000.
