TikTok‘s Global Live Fest is set to be a star-studded event, with Keke Palmer serving as host and Demi Lovato on board to deliver a special headlining performance.
The third edition of the fest, which celebrates the connection that TikTok Live creators have fostered with their communities, will take place on Feb. 12 at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas, Nev. A culmination of several regional events — including overseas with Live Fest editions in Rome, Dubai and Thailand — Global Live Fest will have an extra dose of laughter with Emmy winner Palmer taking the stage as emcee. Lovato will close out the show with a performance of her biggest hits and new tracks from her latest album, “It’s Not That Deep.”
“I’ve been having so much fun on TikTok this era, so I knew performing at Live Fest would be a special moment ahead of my tour this spring,” Lovato said. “I can’t wait to show all the fans of live music a taste of what we have in store!”
During Global Live Fest, TikTok will spotlight the creators from all over the world who have made an impact in the Live space. From gamers to musicians and educators, creators will be honored across categories including Power League, Power League Rising Track, Crossover League, Fandom League, Talent League Gaming Track, Talent League Dancing Track and Talent League Music Track.
“TikTok Live is redefining the way creators and audiences connect in real-time, transforming individual journeys into shared global experiences powered by community,” said Shen Gao, Head of Live Operations, Americas at TikTok. “Live Fest celebrates the momentum, dedication and growth of creators across several categories, spotlighting their unique stories alongside the audiences that empower them to bring their journey to center stage.”
Creators will also perform during the pre-show and main event, including Angy, Cece Caramel, Charles Humphrey, Damoyee, DJ Inspire, Jaehyuk, Kenkenpa, Kira Lise, Mamila, Mr. Piano, Takya and Zac Clejan aka The Trap Violinist.
TikTok Global Live Fest will be streamed on TikTok Live starting at 5:30 p.m. PT on Feb. 12.
