The best Hulu and Disney+ shows to binge-watch this week are all top trending series and brand new releases. From a psychological drama you can't look away from to a sci-fi epic and a superhero adventure, these are the very best shows right now on Disney+.

While there are plenty of great series to binge this weekend, January 30–February 1, 2026, these three have already proven their worth with critically acclaimed reviews and/or viral online buzz. Don't miss out on these three shows that everyone's watching this weekend.

Tell Me Lies

Tell Me Lies returned with its third season in mid-January 2026 and is one of the most talked-about series of the new year. Currently, five of its eight season 3 episodes are available to stream on Hulu and Disney+, as well as the first two seasons of this addictive series.

Starring Grace Van Patten as protagonist Lucy Albright, Tell Me Lies chronicles a toxic relationship between Lucy and Stephen DeMarco, played by Jackson White, that inevitably causes permanent damage to everyone around them. The entire series will consist of 26 episodes after the season 3 finale is released on February 17.

The Beauty

Co-created by Ryan Murphy, The Beauty takes a similar concept from the Oscar-nominated horror movie The Substance and injects it into an 11-part series. After premiering with three new episodes on January 21, new episodes will be released every Wednesday until the two-part finale on March 4.

The Beauty features a star-studded cast led by Evan Peters, Ashton Kutcher, Anthony Ramos, Jeremy Pop, Rebecca Hall, Ben Platt, and more. The story follows two detectives who investigate a series of deaths, all supermodels, and an STD known as "the Beauty" that appears to be behind all of it.

Wonder Man

The brand new original miniseries Wonder Man just dropped on Disney+, featuring eight episodes that are perfect for weekend binge-watching. The action comedy series follows a fictional actor named Simon Williams, played by Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, who suddenly discovers that he has superpowers.

Renowned actor Ben Kingsley also stars in Wonder Man as Trevor Slattery, whom he originally played in the MCU movies Iron Man 3 and Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings. Whether you're all caught up on the Marvel Cinematic Universe or not, Wonder Man is a great show to watch this weekend on Hulu and Disney+, as evidenced by its universal acclaim and 91% Rotten Tomatoes score.
